It is vitally important to keep kids active and the statistics speak volumes. Four out of five children do not meet the Department of Health and Children’s National Physical Activity Guidelines for maintaining and improving their current and future health. With this in mind – why not sign up to your favourite sport now? Alternatively you could try something new. The options are endless and the benefits are great!
With summer fast approaching, the weather improving and the days lasting longer, what better time is there to get out and get healthy? There are over 70 sporting organisations in Ireland as well as a further 30 Local Sports Partnerships. The Federation of Irish Sport has put together some of the camps available across the entire country with something available for everyone.
