A highly experienced commercial executive, Christina has built a successful career working with several leading Irish and international organisations across the technology, infrastructure, and business process outsourcing sectors. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale business transformation programmes, operational change initiatives and the development of high-performance environments focused on sustainable growth, innovation and organisational excellence.
Christina is deeply passionate about the power of sport to create positive social impact and is a strong advocate for inclusion, participation, and good governance across all levels of sport. She is particularly focused on the importance of developing sustainable sporting infrastructure and facilities across Ireland to support grassroots participation, community development and future high-performance success.
In her role with the FAI, Christina oversees a broad operational portfolio including governance, technology, infrastructure, facilities and strategic transformation. She is currently playing a leading role in the Association’s governance reform journey, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability and establishing best-in-class governance standards within Irish sport.
Christina holds an MBA, a FIFA agents license and brings a unique combination of commercial, operational and governance expertise to the FAI and wider Irish sporting landscape.
