Coaching and Programmes Officer
The Coaching and Programmes Officer will be responsible for the administration and support of Cycling Ireland’s coach education pathway and programmes. This role ensures the smooth delivery of courses, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with coaches and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of education projects and resources that enhance coaching standards nationwide.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proven proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office; experience with CMS or similar systems desirable.
- Detail-oriented individual; experience in event management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong work ethic.
Details
- Full-time position.
- Based at the Cycling Ireland Office on the Sport Ireland Campus.
- The successful applicant must have a clean driving licence; her/his own transport.
- Garda vetting clearance is required in advance of taking up the position.
